Brand Spotlight: savetheyouths (The Curator Show EP19)

By, The Curator

It’s been awhile since we’ve released any interviews. I worked nonstop for four months to start The Curator Blog and create tons of content for it. I was under the impression that it would be my new main project. There was even a plan to monetize it in the future when it got big enough. This past Fall I surprisingly started getting a bunch of new opportunities for one of my old businesses. The type of opportunities that you don’t pass up. So slowly I started to run out of time for The Curator since most of my time was being taken up by my first business.

Thankfully, I finally have some extra time to release a new interview. Moving forward The Curator Blog will be downgraded from my main project to my side project, but now I have to plans for monetization. Our resources will continue to be 100% unpaid and for the sole benefit of the small and upcoming brands that we hope to help. We will now be releasing interviews every one and half to three weeks since they take a lot of time to put together and post.

This week we are releasing an interview we did with savetheyouths, a New York based brand. It was started by Adrian who is 21, back in 2014. His designs are very original and stand out a lot. We talked about the origins of his brand, some of the challenges of being a young entrepreneur, and the state of the upcoming streetwear brand industry. Check out our full interview with him to hear his story!
